How weight training and bodyweight training will help your body burn more fat and increase your metabolism.  I’ll also share with you the exact workouts that I’ve fit into my busy schedule that have given me long-lasting results.

• Sleep, Stress & Hormones
How hormones and sleep affect our metabolism and steps you can implement to improve your cravings and improve your metabolism.

• Support & Accountability
How a support and accountability system that gives you a push when you need it will be the game-changer in your health and fitness journey.
